CNC router cutting is a computer numerical controlled way of cutting, shaping, surfacing and drilling into a range of materials. This method of production allows for greater control when it comes to creating unique and truly one-of-a-kind products. Whether you’re looking for a sign cut out of acrylic, aluminium, wood, foam PVC – amongst a whole range of other specialist materials. Our in-house machinery also means you won’t be restricted by size or shape, allowing you complete control over the design options in the cutting process.
Water jet cutting is a process that allows us to cut detailed and specific shapes through a cold cutting technique which doesn’t require thermal influences, and doesn’t create heat distortion, edge hardening or heat-affected zones in the materials we work with. The process allows for a quick turnaround time, and can produce intricate design work with accuracy and precision.
Our Guillotine is computer controlled to ensure the correct sheet cutting size every time and can cut sheets up to 5mm thick and 4 metres wide.
Press Brake is capable of folding metal sheet up to 4 metres long we can press various angles to achieve a huge range of profiles.
Powder coating is a way of painting using dry powder. This way of coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension form, and is used to create a hard finish that is tougher than conventional paint. Powder coating creates a thick layer of colour, and can also allow for more creative design ideas – like blended colours, and its texture-free, giving a smooth finish to your sign.
We offer a wide range of digitally printed images and cut vinyl lettering. Our wide format solvent ink digital printer can print on a huge range of printable vinyl’s, up to 1500mm wide and maximum resolution of 1440dpi, and ranging from wallpaper materials to conforming wrapping vinyl which can fully encapsulate a sign blank with a high-quality image. We also offer a laminating service to protect the print in either a gloss or matt finish.
